PTE is the world’s leading computer-based test for English language proficiency to study abroad and immigration. Version of PTE

PTE has two versions however unlike other English language proficiency tests, PTE Academic consists of a single 3-hour test session which includes three sections: speaking and writing (together), listening and reading. There are 20 different question formats, ranging from MCQ through to essay writing.


Generally it consists of two sections: writing and speaking. The written test is basically to gauge the listening, reading and writing skills of the candidates. And finally the speaking test is usually used to assess the English language proficiency of the candidate
